Next Wednesday, September 30^th, our colleagues Míriam Serra and Miquel Mirambell will be speaking at the workshop ‘From local companies to EU contracts’, organised as part of the ITBridge project led by the Kharkiv IT Cluster, the Transilvania IT Cluster, the IT Dnipro Community, the Odesa IT Family and the Clúster Digital de Catalunya.

Drawing on a real-life case study, they will present a guide to key contractual and intellectual property considerations that non-EU companies must take into account when negotiating and signing agreements with EU companies, particularly in the IT sector.
