Today, on 8 March, we give voice to women, especially those who are part of the legal profession — a field in which there is still much progress to be made in terms of equality.

Through their testimonies, our female lawyers share their perspectives on the role of women in law, the advances made within the sector, and the challenges that still remain.

In addition, we reaffirm our commitment by launching our Equality Plan in 2025: DAUSS Equality, taking another step towards a fairer and more inclusive future for all.
